Public spaces & curfew

Cities write curfews. Courts sometimes uphold them and sometimes strike them, depending on the text, the exceptions, and the constitutional theory. There is no single world rule that every curfew is void or that every curfew is valid.

Method: find the local code, the hours, the exceptions, and the penalty. Parks, malls, and school grounds after hours have different owners. A private mall is not automatically a public forum.
