The Youth Civic Project is a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible for U.S. federal income-tax purposes to the extent allowed by law. Deductibility outside the United States depends on the donor’s country.

Gifts keep the site online, the chat moderated, and hour letters printable. A gift does not buy a ruling, a case result, or a scholarship.

Card checkout runs through Stripe when STRIPE_SECRET_KEY is set on the server. No full card numbers are stored here. If Stripe is not connected yet, this button records a pledge for the treasurer.
