When a child is in state care, education stability, hearings, and case plans live in child-welfare and education statutes. Those systems use different courthouses than a principal’s office. YCP can point to official sources. Staff are not social workers and not guardians ad litem. If a reader is in immediate danger, use emergency services and a trusted adult.
