Hours, chat, and staff
Saved chat, hour letters, and why staff are not counsel.
Chat on this site saves. Staff can hide a message. Unsigned members do not reach the composer.
Volunteer hours need a date, a task, minutes, and a short description. An officer approves or sends the log back. Fake hours are a conduct problem.
Staff may point to a page. They do not take your case. If something is happening this week, talk with a parent or guardian.
