We collect account details, volunteer logs, Ambassador applications, chat messages, and basic technical data to run education and safety systems. We do not sell personal information. Chat is stored and may be reviewed by moderators. Children under 13 need a parent or guardian before an account. We may send a verification letter to a school if you ask us to. You may request access or deletion at the contact email, subject to records we must keep. Full retention periods match the internal retention policy: hours three years, chat up to two years, formation papers permanent.
