Youth Protection Policy

Standard

Adults acting for TYCP shall not have a sexual or romantic relationship with a minor participant. Official contact with minors stays on monitored TYCP channels. Adults shall not move youth to private apps for TYCP business. In-person youth events need Board approval and a parent, guardian, or second approved adult. Suspected abuse is reported to authorities and to an officer. Violations mean removal and may be referred to law enforcement.
